The title of this one is some kind of combination of “llavar” (Catalan for “to wash”), “Lochkov” (the eponym of the first age of the Devonian geologic period), and “-紀/-ki” (Japanese for “geologic period”.) So perhaps this title and this album are about the simultaneous washing and preserving done by water over long periods of time, and I suppose about the metaphorical or spiritual analogs of this process (as in the song that, unheard, obtusely forms the structure of the piece). But both the title and the album are also just about putting together sounds that I think sound nice.
